As such, your Health Insurance carrier may reimburse you for some or all of the wellness retreat expenses under their mental health services coverage.&nbsp; Please check with your Health Insurance provider to confirm whether any expenses are covered by your policy.

Health Insurance Coverage

All initial deposits are non-refundable. &nbsp; Cancellations made before May 1, 2026 will receive a 30 percent (30%) refund of payments, less the initial deposit. &nbsp;If the trip was paid in full at the time of the booking, 60% of the payments will be refunded. Cancellation made between May 2, 2026 and July 1, 2026, will receive a 20 percent (20%) refund of payments, less the initial deposit. &nbsp;If the trip was paid in full at the time of the booking, 50% of the payments will be refunded. NO REFUNDS will be provided for cancellations made after July 2, 2026.
